Lantana Cares and the Denton County Sheriff's Office present a Women's Empowerment Program. A FREE self defense class where participants learn powerful skills directly from our local law enforcement professionals.
Lantana resident ladies ages 15 years and older can attend with an RSVP. Signed waivers for all participants (parent or guardian for under 18) will be required to participate. Participants should wear athletic style clothing that allows for movement. This includes both a classroom portion and hands-on activity to practice self-defense skills. Light refreshments will be provided.
